Kerford is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (F.S.A.) the United Kingdom's overseeing authority. The F.S.A. is semi-governmental agency which is partly funded by the thousands of firms which it supervises.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
As part of its regulatory function, the F.S.A. ascertains that Kerford's anti-money laundering policies and procedures adhere to the requirements of current legislation. All Kerford clients must produce proper identification and all funds coming into the firm must come from properly authorized banks and financial institutions.
